解除合同通知書

致：Fascinations Inc.

東莞市微石塑膠金屬科技有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱我司）與Fascinations Inc.于2016年11月20日簽署《TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT》，就我司授權(quán)Fascinations Inc.使用“Piececool”商標(biāo)事宜進(jìn)行了約定。根據(jù)合同約定，F(xiàn)ascinations Inc.享有獨(dú)家、有償?shù)脑诓话ㄖ袊?guó)范圍內(nèi)的世界范圍有權(quán)使用“Piececool”商標(biāo)，但合同簽署至今，F(xiàn)ascinations Inc.未向我司采購(gòu)任何“Piececool”商標(biāo)的商品，F(xiàn)ascinations Inc.實(shí)際未履行合同，致使我司在中國(guó)領(lǐng)域之外宣傳、推廣、使用“Piececool”商標(biāo)，銷售“Piececool” 商標(biāo)的商品成為不可能。

基于上述情況，我司現(xiàn)通知Fascinations Inc.，我司依據(jù)《TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT》2.1款，解除與Fascinations Inc.簽署的《TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT》，終止對(duì)Fascinations Inc.的“Piececool”商標(biāo)許可使用權(quán)。若Fascinations Inc.有需要協(xié)商事宜，請(qǐng)及時(shí)與我司聯(lián)系處理。

Termination Notice for Piececool Trademark License Agreement

To：Fascinations Inc.

Wist Plastic & Metal Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as our company) and Fascinations Inc. signed the “TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT” on November 20, 2016, which agreed on the use of “Piececool” trademark by Fascinations Inc..

According to the contract, Fascinations Inc. has exclusive and paid rights to use the “Piececool” trademark for worldwide territories, excluding Mainland China. But since the contract was signed, Fascinations Inc. has not purchased any items using “Piececool” trademark from our company. Due to Fascinations Inc. has not fulfilled the agreement, which made us impossible to use and sell “Piececool” trademark items outside Mainland China.

Based on the above, our company is hereby notified to Fascinations Inc. that we terminate to grand the “Piececool” trademark license for Fascinations Inc., accordance with paragraph 2.1 of “TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT”.

If Fascinations Inc. has any objections or other matters that need to be negotiated, please do not hesitate to contact with us.
